Lejligheden er beliggende på 2. sal i feriekomplekset “Maeva Cannes Verrerie” med udsigt direkte ud over middelhavet, 50 meter væk - byen hedder Cannes la Bocca og følger man kysten 2,5 km. kommer man til den verdensberømte strandpromenade La Croisette ved Cannes, som er kendt for de årlige film og musik festivaler. 3 km. til den modsatte side, findes den nærmeste golfbane, GOLF CLUB i Cannes Mandelieu, en ud af ca. 30 smukke golfbaner.

Lejligheden indeholder: Opholdsstue med sovesofa med 2 sovepladser, 2 lænestole. (der forefindes en baby/barneseng som kan slås ud.) Fladskærmstv. Spisehjørne med højt spisebord 6 siddepladser. Køkkenniche med ovn og opvaskemaskine, køleskab med fryser, kogeplade med 2 plader. Udgang gennem glasdør til altan, hvorfra der er udsigt over Middelhavet og Esterelbjergene - og hvor solen kan nydes fra kl. 9 til 16, da altanen vender direkte mod havet. Altan bord og 4 stole.

Soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Badeværelse med kar, bruseforhæng og håndvask.

Separat toilet. Mellemgang med garderobeskabe.

Elevator fra stueniveau og fra parkeringskælder lige til døren. Stor pool (åbner kl. 09.00. Poolområdet bliver rengjort efter alle kunstens regler. Der er bænke, hvis der ikke er nok liggestole. Liggestole er gratis. Velfungerende bar (kun sommer) og mini restaurant ved poolen.

Petit appartement de 36 m2 situé au 2ème étage dans la résidence « Maeva Cannes Verrerie » dans le quartier de Cannes la Bocca avec vue sur la Méditerrannée. La résidence se déploie en arc de cercle autour d’un jardin fleuri et d’une belle pisine. La plage se trouve à 50 m.

Équipement: séjour avec canapé-lit (double), 2 fauteuils, coin à manger et cuisinette. Chambre avec grand lit, salle de bains avec baignoire. Wc individuel. Balcon de 10 m2 avec vue sur la mer, ensoleillé de 9.00 heure du matin à 16.00 heure l’après midi.

This nice residence in Cannes la Bocca with a wonderful view over the Mediterranean approximately 50 m from the beach. If you follow the beach for 2.5 km you will reach the famous esplanade La Croisette at Cannes known for the annual film and music festivals. 3 km away in the other direction you will reach the nearest golf course, GOLF CLUB in Cannes Madelieu – one of approx. 30 beautiful golf courses in the area.

In the area around the residence you will find a lot of shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach by foot through a tunnel and a pedestrian crossing 3 min. from the main entrance of the residence. Just in front of the residence you will find several restaurants at the seaside.

The residence is built in 1987. The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building with 8 floors. It consists of: Living room with bed settee for two persons. Sleeping room with double bed, 140 x 190 cm. Bathroom with tub/shower curtain and basin. Separate toilet. Passage with wardrobe. Open kitchen in the living room. Access through a glass door to a balcony (10 m2) with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. On the balcony directly facing the ocean you can enjoy the sun from 9 am to 5 pm. On the balcony you will find a table and 4 chairs. The apartment has its own closed garage.

Throughout the high season you can buy breakfast or brunch in a nice pool restaurant of the residence. Well functioning reception with a staff always prepared to help you. Elevator from the ground level and from the underground parking right next to your apartment door. Big swimming pool.
